球鞋是征战球场的一项重要装备，使用最为频繁。而且打羽毛球需要在场上不停地跑、跳，所以对鞋子的保养尤为重要。
保养球鞋，能让脚处在一个舒适的环境中，干净的球鞋也可以让人感觉很舒服，给别人留下良好的印象。
鞋子保养注意事项：
【1】备有两双或两双以上的羽毛球鞋
鞋子也需要休息，长期穿着同一双鞋，对鞋型的影响非常大，我们都知道羽毛球鞋 “前窄” 的特殊性，一旦“前窄”设计被短时间内长期穿着破坏，便会宽松，失去保护脚的意义。
所以，无论鞋子的贵贱，最好有两双，有格调，更省钱。
【2】重视面子
每次打球后，鞋子都会出现不同程度的污渍，每次花一分钟做一下简单的表面清理，就可以保证 “新鞋感”。
用湿布擦拭晾干即可；注意不要用硬毛鞋刷，避免破坏运动鞋的皮革和网布表面。
【3】千万不要：暴晒和泡水！切忌使用暖气或明火烘烤！
记住一条，就是对鞋子最大的保养。鞋子老化、开胶、褪色、严重变形或鞋面断裂…都是以上原因造成的。

【4】避开化学试剂
羽毛球鞋大部分原材料是人工合成高分子材料 (多为聚酯尼龙网布和无纺基人造革，鞋底多采用橡胶或 橡胶发泡材料制成)，因此切忌让鞋子接触锐利物及腐蚀性化学品以及有机试剂和油脂类溶液，如酸、碱、油等溶剂，同时更不宜在温度较高的环境下长时间穿用。
【5】鞋垫与袜子
每次打球后，我是一定会把鞋垫拿出来，清洗晾干的。袜子更是回家后，马上洗，绝不塞到鞋子里拉倒。
保持鞋内的卫生，是鞋子保养的重中之重！有些球友的鞋子，真是臭的不要不要的…
【6】专鞋专用
进场地打球时，换成专业的鞋子；打完球后脱下，换上平时的鞋子。羽毛球鞋，专用，这是最基本的，也是延长球鞋寿命的保障。
【7】脱下后，通风晾干，很有必要。
【8】鞋垫，跟袜子一样，属于消耗品，经过长时间的激烈运动会使该有的弹性降低经常换鞋垫会给你非常舒服的穿着体验。，因此及时的更换新鞋垫来保护双脚是很有必要的。
【9】可以洗鞋垫，可以洗鞋带，尽量避免频繁的水洗鞋子。做好以上打理，鞋子是不会太脏的。千万不要把鞋子放到洗衣机去洗！！！
